apartment living with ground-level private entries. Featuring studio to 3-bedroom apartment homes,
Springs communities feature a clubhouse, resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, business center,
dog park, and attached and detached garages. Coupled with additional, unique amenities such as a free
car care center and pet spa area, the Springs create the best in suburban apartment living.
Located in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, these spacious 1-bedroom with den and 2-bedroom apartment homes include
all heating costs and a detached one-car garage. Each individual home features a utility room with full-size
washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, walk-in closets and a private patio or balcony. Cathedral ceilings,
skylight and a wood-burning fireplace are also available in select apartments.
Located in Greendale, Wisconsin, Dale Creek’s 2-bedroom apartment homes feature an attached garage,
wood-burning fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, large utility room, oversized patio or balcony and two
full bathrooms. In addition, select apartments include vaulted ceilings and bonus room which can be used
as a third bedroom or home office.
