Continental begins pre-leasing at new multifamily development, Springs at Asheville

Continental Properties' newest Springs apartment community, the Springs at Asheville, has begun pre-leasing apartment homes. Leasing consultants and a temporary leasing trailer have been established on the construction site. The clubhouse will open in early January and the first apartments will be available for occupancy in mid January.

The Springs at Asheville is located 3½ miles northwest of US Hwy 19/23, on New Leicester Highway. This superior location is quiet and peaceful, yet provides easy access to many shopping, dining and recreational activities.

Like all other Springs communities, the Springs at Asheville offers a wide variety of studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plan options and includes amenities such as attached garages, private ground-level entry, resort-style pool, and flexible leasing options.

The Springs at Asheville is Continental's eleventh Springs apartment community and its first community in North Carolina. Continental's other ten Springs communities are located in Bradenton, Florida; Riverview, Florida; San Antonio, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; Savannah, Georgia; and Nashville, Tennessee.
