Continental Properties has acquired a 27 acre property in the northwest suburbs of Chicago for the future Springs at South Elgin. With this land purchase, Continental has three Springs communities under construction in Chicagoland. When they are complete, Continental will supply 892 beautiful homes for residents of our neighboring state.
Springs at South Elgin will consist of 300 apartments with the typcial Springs features, such as our townhome-style design, pet playgrounds, gated access and a lively clubhouse, which is the hub of the community. In addition, there are a few extra features, including a hike/bike path and five acre public park. The site is a short walk to numerous retail opportunities and restaurants on Randall Road.
This accomplishment is, as always, the fruit of a large team using each member's talent and creativity to achieve the goal. On this particular deal, we would like to give special mention to Elizabeth Adler. She put together a thoughtful site plan that will be a comfortable neighborhood for our residents while preserving trees and creating a new recreational asset for the South Elgin community.
