Tuesday was another milestone for our Springs Apartments brand - we welcomed our first residents at Springs at Liberty Township in Liberty Township, Ohio.
This has been a model of teamwork to get to this point, starting with our development team picking a fantastic location, our construction partner, FaverGray moving the project along efficiently and ourproperty management team, led by Jessica Armstrong, securing leases. Not only did we have move-ins this week, we also opened our clubhouse. Both buildings were earlier than projected.
We look forward to continuing to showcase the Springs brand in Cincinnati, not only with this community, but also with nearby Springs at West Chester.
