Named as one of the Best Places to Work in Multifamily™ three years in a row. The annual list of “Best Places to Work” was published by Multifamily Leadership. In 2020, we ere also selected as a top place in multifamily to work for women.


At the summit, benchmark data compiling research specific to the Multifamily Industry from organizations reaching across 50 states and D.C was revealed. Organizations from across the nation entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Multifamily. The first part consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top organizations and the final ranking.
