We set about to create an atmosphere where people are encouraged to share their ideas, to develop their paths in a way that utilizes their passions and skills, and to contribute to the greater good. We work hard but we also take time to enjoy each other and the work we do. We believe that because most people spend more time with their co-workers during the week than they do with their families, it’s important that the environment is as engaging and accepting as possible. We’re doing something right, because the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has honored Continental as one of the "Top Workplaces" five times!
Continental team members are dedicated to enriching our wider community. In the past we have helped our local food pantry, done school supply drives, participated in Relay for Life, cooked meals for Ronald McDonald house and supported Milwaukee-area peforming arts. Our newest effort is to raise funds to support Stars and Stripes Honor Flight. Using an under-the-desk cycle, we are attempting to cycle to every Springs community in our portfolio.
