Please join me in congratulating three construction team members who have been promoted.

Rob Flegner is promoted to Construction Project Manager (CPM).

Rob joined Continental in 2016 and has been instrumental to the success of our recent retail projects. Prior to Continental, Rob spent 7 years at private equity and consulting companies as he applied his engineering undergraduate degree. His work at Continental with some of our larger projects, including Waite Park, Mariano’s in Bannockburn, IL and Mariano’s in Crystal Lake, IL, has showcased his ability to meet our lease obligations while working through the challenges that surface with every project.

In his spare time, Rob enjoys pursuing other retail opportunities and helping fill some of our existing shopping center vacancies.

Thank you Rob for your unwavering dedication to hard work!

Greg Cooper is promoted to Construction Project Manager (CPM).

Greg started at Continental in 2016 and immediately exhibited his unwavering dedication to teamwork and superior thinking. He has been involved with at least seven of our Springs projects and has proven to be a key member of those respective management teams.

Through Greg’s ability to build strong relationships with our general contractors and the local municipalities, he has overcome many obstacles, allowing these projects to advance. The most recent evidence of those efforts is the successful completion of the Springs at Liberty Township and Springs at Hurstbourne.

Greg’s leadership abilities are most evident in his natural ability to coach and mentor those around him.

Thank you Greg for your contributions!

Konrad Roznik is promoted to Associate Construction Project Manager (APM).

Konrad joined Continental in 2016 and has proven that Continental is a magnet for the best and the brightest. He has demonstrated a willingness to learn and advance, and will never turn down a challenge. A civil engineering background has allowed Konrad to add value to site-related challenges and he is always looking for a better way to do things.

Most recently, Konrad has been closely involved with Springs at Laurens Road and has dedicated the majority of his time onsite to push the construction along while keeping everyone informed of the progress.

Thank you Konrad for your devotion and persistence!

All three of these men have exhibited qualities highly valued by our organization as described in our Continental Creed. Congratulations to all of you!
