We are very excited to announce the promotion of Megan Mares to Director of Property Management. Megan started with Continental in 2015 as Property Manager of Springs at Woodlands South. She was instrumental in successfully managing a difficult lease up in a competitive market. In 2017, Megan was promoted to Area Manager overseeing 4 properties (Springs at May Lakes, Springs at Woodlands South, Springs at Memorial, and Springs at Country Club). She has a strong marketing focus and has a hands-on manager approach with her teams. The Oklahoma markets were very challenging and through Megan’s leadership we were able to outperform the market.
Megan is a true example of our culture exemplifying our Prairie Dog customer service, leading by example with absolute honesty, and dedication to do what it takes to get the job done, the right way, with the best results possible.
