Continental’s 2018 State of the Company event focused on three words: Raise the Bar. This new-found mantra has since served as an inspirational tool for Continental team members which encourages breaking through barriers to push forward in order to continuously learn, improve, and grow.
Each year the Southwest Florida Apartment Association (SWFAA) holds an award night for apartment owners, management companies, and team members. In total, 20 multifamily companies were represented at the event, with countless team members from an array of companies nominated for individual awards. Continental took home the Multifamily Management Company of the Year award!
During Continental's annual "State of the Company" event that took place on November 1st, 2017 at Boerner Botanical Gardens, Paul Vastag was named the 2017 Rich Bell Award winner. This recognition is given every year to the individual who most embodies the leadership and teamwork characteristics of Rich Bell, one of the three founders of Continental. Rich lived his professional life in a way that is a major part of the foundation upon which Continental is built.
The teams we have in place for our Springs properties are definitely the Best and Brightest, so when we win two awards for property management we are overjoyed, but not surprised. On December 8th, 2017, the Southwest Florida Apartment Association (SWFAA) held their annual awards gala. Molly Kee and Joe Santeusanio both received awards and were recognized during the ceremony.
