We are very pleased to announce that Continental has been awarded Top Workplaces USA 2021. This is a new award presented by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel highlighting companies that conduct business nationwide. Continental has received their Top Workplaces award for the past eight years.
For the eighth consecutive year, Continental Properties Company Inc. was named a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Continental was one of 150 Wisconsin based companies to receive this prestigious award. Selection for this honor was determined through the results of a survey administered by a neutral 3rd-party company to our entire Continental Team.

We have all heard of a team outing, where you all meet up at your local bar or social events club to hang out and bond as a group of professionals; but what about a team "in-ing"? Well, that is what Continental's Construction Department did last Friday.

On Saturday, August 17th, Continental Cares and the Revitalize MKE team helped over 20 homes in Milwaukee during the annual Revitalize MKE Block Build. Continental sponsored a building owned by an elderly couple who have lived there for the past 14 years. The work consisted of scraping and repainting windows, sealing windows, installing grab bars, rebuilding balconies, and adding some much needed landscaping amongst many other tasks throughout the day. All tasks had a singular goal - to provide repairs and updates to make the couple's living experience safe in order for them to continue to live at their residence.
As a national real estate developer, it is natural for us to touch the lives of many people around the country. Continental’s 2018 State of the Company event focused on three words: Raise the Bar. This new-found mantra has since served as an inspirational tool for Continental team members which encourages breaking through barriers to push forward in order to continuously learn, improve, and grow.
What is the definition of excellent customer service? Good customer service, in short, means making sure that the customer is happy. Excellent customer service to Continental, means going above and beyond, ensuring that the customer or client is satisfied in every aspect with the product and service provided, with the sales, delivery, and overall appearance of the product. What Continental will never do, is draw the line at good customer service; we strive for excellence.
During Continental's 2018 "State of the Company" event, Eric Ellison was named the 2018 Rich Bell Award winner. This recognition is given every year to the individual who most embodies the leadership and teamwork characteristics of Rich Bell, one of the three founders of Continental and is a cherished Continental moment. Rich's commitment to respect for all he encountered as well as his willingness to go above and beyond expectations in all of his tasks created the foundation of our culture.
