Meet Kate Garay, Property Manager at our beautiful Springs at Kenosha community in Kenosha, WI. Kate has extensive experience in Property Management and is currently participating in our Area Manager Development Program. This program provides our team members with support and new opportunities to advance their careers. At our Springs communities, we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service which is backed by our 30 Day Pledge to our customers. Kate loves talking with residents, meeting their pets, and cultivating a sense of community.

Sara started her career with us as a Design Intern while pursuing her Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and Structural Design at UW Milwaukee. She is currently a Land Planner on our Development team. As a Land Planner, Sara is the first person to receive new site information and will analyze the potential for a multifamily project. At Continental, we deal with many municipalities across the United States, it is Sara’s job to make sure our building plans align with the specific municipal’s code.

Meet Eric Ellison. For a year and a half, Eric has been a Construction Project Manager with us. He has overseen and completed a number of successful projects, including Springs at Kenosha in Kenosha, WI and Springs at Orchard Road in North Aurora, IL. Eric, and most of our Construction team, spends much of his time in the field, traveling to our sites nationwide. Eric works directly with our general contractors to manage the successful completion of our development projects by meeting both time and cost objectives.
