Wyoming has so many things to offer. It plays host to bison, Grand Teton National Park, and of course, Old Faithful, which is why Continental thought it would be the perfect location for a Springs Community. However, we chose a different Wyoming. Springs at the Reserve is a brand new, 300-unit community located in beautiful Wyoming, Michigan.
Something special and worth sharing happened this year at Continental’s annual Managers’ Meeting that emphasizes Continental’s ability to attract key employees who truly are “The Best and The Brightest.”
Continental’s 2018 State of the Company event focused on three words: Raise the Bar. This new-found mantra has since served as an inspirational tool for Continental team members which encourages breaking through barriers to push forward in order to continuously learn, improve, and grow.
Each year the Southwest Florida Apartment Association (SWFAA) holds an award night for apartment owners, management companies, and team members. In total, 20 multifamily companies were represented at the event, with countless team members from an array of companies nominated for individual awards. Continental took home the Multifamily Management Company of the Year award!
At Continental, as at most companies, we use the term 'Best and Brightest'. We are the Best and Brightest, we hire the Best and Brightest, we are constantly in search of the Best and Brightest. However, those are empty words until it is proven. Continental proves, on a daily basis, that we truly have the Best and Brightest, and today is no different.
Please join us in congratulating Trisha Mansfield in her promotion to ACM (Assistant Community Manager) at Springs at Essex Farms!
Please help us congratulate Naomi Wolfe on her promotion to Property Manager at Springs at Knapp's Crossing!
At Continental we have become used to the phrase "the best and brightest". It is how we think of ourselves, and the performance backs up our belief. Recently a few of our multifamily operations team members were asked to share their knowledge with hundreds of other apartment operators at RealWorld 2017. Heather Riggs, Marcie Bissell and Morgan Bartkowiak were all panelists for break-out sessions during the conference.
The unsung heroes in an apartment community are often the maintenance team members. These are the people who likely have the most interaction with our residents, and the service they give is frequently cited by reviewers as a reason they renew their leases. We are pleased to reward two of our maintenance team members with promotions to Maintenance Supervisor, in recognition of their hard work and dedication to our shared goal of providing "above and beyond" customer service.
