On Saturday, August 17th, Continental Cares and the Revitalize MKE team helped over 20 homes in Milwaukee during the annual Revitalize MKE Block Build. Continental sponsored a building owned by an elderly couple who have lived there for the past 14 years. The work consisted of scraping and repainting windows, sealing windows, installing grab bars, rebuilding balconies, and adding some much needed landscaping amongst many other tasks throughout the day. All tasks had a singular goal - to provide repairs and updates to make the couple's living experience safe in order for them to continue to live at their residence.
An essential element of Continental’s culture is our commitment to continuous improvement. Continuous improvement in how we accomplish our goals, the projects that we develop and operate and in maintaining a workplace that is a magnet for the best and brightest. We realize ingenuity on small and large scales by fostering an environment where new perspectives and creativity are valued and flow freely from our team members diverse experiences and interests.
Please join us in congratulating Nancy Mutsch on her promotion to Senior Project Manager!

On June 6th, the day after our company Challenge Meetings, Continental's Marketing Team took the trip up to Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, for the 2018 Experience Inbound held by national leaders in the marketing field.
On June 14th and 15th, all home office employees and leadership from Continental’s multifamily operations group met with Continental’s senior leadership team to identify and discuss a variety of topics associated with the attainment of Continental’s short-term and long-term goals. These meetings were initially conducted in the summer of 2015 and were appropriately titled, “Challenge Meetings”. Based on the success of the 2015 Challenge Meetings, the decision was made to repeat these sessions again in 2016.
