On June 6th, the day after our company Challenge Meetings, Continental's Marketing Team took the trip up to Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, for the 2018 Experience Inbound held by national leaders in the marketing field.
On June 14th and 15th, all home office employees and leadership from Continental’s multifamily operations group met with Continental’s senior leadership team to identify and discuss a variety of topics associated with the attainment of Continental’s short-term and long-term goals. These meetings were initially conducted in the summer of 2015 and were appropriately titled, “Challenge Meetings”. Based on the success of the 2015 Challenge Meetings, the decision was made to repeat these sessions again in 2016.
