Meet Melissa! Melissa is our Development Coordinator here at Continental. She started as our Development Team Assistant in May of 2015 and quickly developed her skills by immersing herself in many aspects of the business. Working closely with her mentor, Gwyn, and her supervisor, Paul, Melissa was able to create a personalized plan for her development at Continental. Her OneTeam mentality and willingness to go above and beyond has contributed to her many successes at Continental.
