The team at Springs at Braden River had a little fun with one of the longest tenured Springs employees last week - they put an eviction notice on his office door. He was "evicted" because he has moved to our newest community in the Bradenton/Sarasota market, Springs at Bee Ridge.
Jim Parent has been with Continental since 2009. He was promoted to Senior Maintenance Supervisor in 2013, given responsibility for overseeing all of the maintenance operations in Florida. He continues in that position, but because of the strength of the team he has built, he is able to move to Springs at Bee Ridge to be an important part of the lease-up of that community.
