The 256 unit Springs at Port Charlotte in Port Charlotte, FL and the 304 unit Springs at Tradition in Port St. Lucie, FL are welcome additions to our growing Florida portfolio.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that Erin Rivers will be stepping into a new role as our Legal Coordinator!
On October 30, 2017 Continental closed on 14.5 acres in McKinney, TX. McKinney is not only one of the fastest growing suburbs in Dallas, but also one of the fastest growing cities in the nation.
The Best and Brightest is not a term we throw around lightly at Continental Properties. Each day we have shining examples of the talent and creativity of our team members and how they are paving the way for a more efficient work place.
According to J Turner Research, 75% of apartment residents use online ratings and reviews during their apartment search. Reputation management has become a major focus for most businesses, and Springs Apartments is no different. The way we approach our online reputation is a reflection of our culture - by treating our residents the way they want to be treated, we find that the positive feedback comes naturally.
Springs team members make a habit of following opportunity and taking on new challenges. Eagerness to use unique talents in different capacities, and in different parts of the country make our highly skilled property managers models for the rest of the company.
Opening new doors in Florida is not unusual for Continental Properties and Springs Apartments. The first move-ins for one of our communities marks the culmination of sometimes years of work for our Development, Finance, Legal and Construction teams, and as such, we all feel a great sense of satisfaction. Our Property Management teams also put in long hours, not only working leads, but also working closely with Construction, ordering initial office supplies, setting up Clubhouse furniture, and even ordering golf carts and leaf blowers.
On October 10 Continental acquired approximately 4 acres of land in Eagan, Minnesota from United Properties for a 127 room Residence Inn by Marriott. Construction started on the site the next day. Our new hotel will be adjacent to the recently completed 450,000 square foot Central Park Commons which is anchored by Hy-Vee and also includes Hobby Lobby, Total Wine and More and Sierra Trading Post.
