MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. — Continental Properties is excited to announce the groundbreaking of Authentix Robinson Gateway, a new garden-style apartment community featuring 324 apartment homes. Located at the northeast corner of Moccasin Wallow Road and 71st Avenue in Manatee County, the community will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with open-concept layouts, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and screened-in balconies.

Situated within the 288-acre Robinson Gateway master-planned development, Authentix Robinson Gateway will neighbor a 160-bed BayCare Hospital currently under construction, as well as 400,000 square feet of planned retail. The community also offers immediate access to Interstate 75, connecting residents to downtown Bradenton, Tampa, and St. Petersburg, and is positioned within a corridor expected to see population growth of 5.6% annually over the next three years, more than double the Manatee County average.

The community’s amenities will include a resort-style pool, fitness center, pickleball court, dog park, EV chargers, and walking trails. Construction will be led by LandSouth Construction, with pre-leasing expected to begin in fall 2026 and initial move-ins anticipated in late 2026 following the completion of the clubhouse and first residential building.
