MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. - Continental Properties is proud to announce that it has been included among the top 300 companies on Forbes' 2023 list of America's Best Small Employers. This achievement reflects the unwavering dedication of Continental’s team members, who consistently embody Continental’s values and serve as the driving force behind the company’s continued success.
In collaboration with the market research firm Statista, Forbes used a variety of assessment tools to compile the list, including anonymous surveys of employees, tracking of job-related websites to gauge employer reputation, engagement, retention, benefits, and more, as well as social listening text analysis across various social platforms, news websites, and blogs. These efforts yielded hundreds of thousands of data points, which were categorized and combined into a total score.

Out of an initial pool of 10,000 businesses, only the top 300 companies with the highest scores made it onto the final list. This year's list featured companies with employee sizes ranging from 200 to 1,000, and Continental is one of just seven Wisconsin-based employers to achieve this distinction.
