Continental Properties Breaks Ground on Springs at Bristol, Bringing 326 New Apartment Homes to Kenosha County, Wisconsin

BRISTOL, Wis.  —  Continental Properties announced the groundbreaking of Springs at Bristol, a new garden-style apartment community featuring 326 apartment homes near the southwest quadrant of Highway 50 and Interstate 94 in Bristol, Wisconsin. The community will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with private ground-level entrances and attached garage options. 

Located at one of Kenosha County’s primary commercial and transportation corridors, Springs at Bristol will provide residents with convenient access to employment, shopping, dining, and destinations throughout Southeast Wisconsin and northern Illinois. The site is just a few minutes from Interstate 94, providing access to more than 254,000 jobs within the area’s 27-minute average commute, while the Highway 50 interchange offers an established concentration of retail, restaurants, and everyday services.

The surrounding I-94 corridor continues to experience significant economic investment and employment growth, including expansions from major employers such as Microsoft, Uline, Eli Lilly, Haribo, and Amazon. Downtown Kenosha and Lake Michigan are also approximately 15 minutes from the community, providing access to the area’s parks, beaches, trails, dining, and entertainment.

Community amenities at Springs at Bristol will include a swimming pool, fitness center, pet playground, fire pit, bocce ball court, and an interconnected network of walking paths. The community’s stormwater pond will be integrated into the landscape with an eight-foot multiuse path connecting to the surrounding sidewalk network. The site design also benefits from surrounding conservation areas, creating separation from nearby development while maintaining convenient access to Highway 50 and Interstate 94.
