Continental Properties Breaks Ground on Springs at Aurora, Expanding Portfolio in Suburban Chicago

AURORA, Ill. — Continental Properties is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of Springs at Aurora, a new garden-style residential community featuring 320 apartment homes at the southwest corner of Orchard Road and Sullivan Road in Aurora, Illinois. The community will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with private ground-level entrances and attached garage options.
