Chipping In for a Cause: Continental Properties Raises Record-Breaking Amount at 7th Annual Golf Outing

SUSSEX, Wis. - Continental Properties' 7th annual Continental Cares Charitable Golf Outing took place on September 15, 2026, at Ironwood Golf Course in Sussex, Wisconsin. The event welcomed team members, partners, friends, and family for a day of golfing, charitable giving, and meaningful connections. 

Since 2018, Continental Cares has served as the driving force behind Continental Properties' charitable initiatives. The committee's thoughtful selection of charitable partners, chosen for their alignment with Continental's core values, has been instrumental to the sustained success of both the golf outing and the broader giving campaign.

This year's outing raised a record $162,000, reflecting the dedication and generosity of all sponsors and participants. These funds will directly support Continental’s charitable partners: Ronald McDonald House, K9s For Warriors, and Camp Hometown Heroes.

The day began with a friendly round of golf, where participants showcased not only their skills but also their shared commitment to giving back. The fun continued with dinner and a spirited raffle, reinforcing the sense of community and purpose that defines the Continental Cares initiative. 

This year's golf outing had two very special guests in attendance. In 2025, Continental Cares had the privilege of sponsoring Cheddar, an adorable pup training with K9s For Warriors. Our team was thrilled to meet Cheddar and his now-owner, military veteran Joseph, in person, as they joined us for a fun day of golf and camaraderie. Thank you, Joseph and Cheddar, for joining us!
