MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Continental Properties has launched We C You, the company’s second Business Resource Group and a new extension of its You Belong Here culture pillar.
Designed for team members earlier in their career journey, We C You creates opportunities for mentorship, skill-building, cross-departmental networking, and shared learning. The group will help team members strengthen relationships, expand their internal networks, and build meaningful careers at Continental.
Business Resource Groups, or BRGs, are voluntary, team member-led groups that support inclusive workplace experiences, education, career development, and connection. At Continental, BRGs align with the company’s culture, strategic priorities, and IDEA, which stands for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Being Allies.
The launch of We C You builds on the foundation established by Women Belong Here, Continental’s first BRG, which launched in 2023. While each BRG has its own focus, both are rooted in creating spaces where team members feel seen, supported, connected, and empowered to contribute to Continental’s shared success.
“We C You is about helping team members feel seen, supported, and connected as they continue building their careers at Continental,” said Jake Busalacchi, Business Intelligence Analyst and Chair of We C You. “My vision is for this BRG to become a space where team members can learn from one another, build meaningful relationships across departments, and gain the confidence to make an even greater impact. I’m looking forward to seeing how We C You helps people connect, collaborate, and recognize the contributions that move our company forward.”
The name We C You reflects three core areas of focus:

Contributions: Highlighting the efforts of individuals and teams and how those contributions drive success across Continental.
We C You is open to all Continental team members. While everyone can benefit from joining, the BRG is especially focused on supporting team members who are looking for opportunities to grow, learn, build confidence, and expand their internal network.
