MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Continental Properties has launched We C You, the company’s second Business Resource Group and a new extension of its You Belong Here culture pillar.
Designed for team members earlier in their career journey, We C You creates opportunities for mentorship, skill-building, cross-departmental networking, and shared learning. The group will help team members strengthen relationships, expand their internal networks, and build meaningful careers at Continental.
Business Resource Groups, or BRGs, are voluntary, team member-led groups that support inclusive workplace experiences, education, career development, and connection. At Continental, BRGs align with the company’s culture, strategic priorities, and IDEA, which stands for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Being Allies.
The launch of We C You builds on the foundation established by Women Belong Here, Continental’s first BRG, which launched in 2023. While each BRG has its own focus, both are rooted in creating spaces where team members feel seen, supported, connected, and empowered to contribute to Continental’s shared success.
