MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Continental Properties just announced the groundbreaking of Authentix Okemos, a new 252-home apartment community located on Central Park Drive, between Times Square Drive and Columbus Avenue in Meridian Township, Michigan. The community will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, with balconies available in select homes.
Located in the heart of Meridian Township, Authentix Okemos will provide residents with convenient access to employment and destinations throughout the greater Lansing area. Nearby retail and dining options include Walmart, Target, Kroger, and several restaurants, many within walking distance. Grand River Avenue (M-43) connects the community to East Lansing and downtown Lansing, while Interstate 69 and Interstate 96 are approximately four miles away.
The Lansing area is supported by a diverse employment base across state government, higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology. Michigan State University, within a 10-minute drive of Authentix Okemos, employs more than 12,000 faculty and staff. Authentix Okemos will feature a swimming pool, fitness center, pet playgrounds, grilling areas, poolside cabanas, a fire pit, hammock park, nature-viewing area, and additional outdoor gathering spaces. Detached garages and carports will also be available, along with private enclosed yards on select apartment homes.
