Milwaukee, WIS. – Continental Properties is proud to announce its recognition on Multifamily Leadership's annual list of Best Places to Work in Multifamily® for the ninth consecutive year.

On December 3, the 2026 finalists and their teams joined together to celebrate during the Best Places to Work in Multifamily® Live Broadcast. Continental was recognized as one of only ten companies in the 20,000+ unit category. Executive Vice President of Operations & Chief Legal Officer Paul Seifert delivered the acceptance speech on behalf of Continental Properties.

The Best Places to Work in Multifamily® program, presented by Multifamily Leadership and managed by Best Companies Group (BCG), recognizes organizations that create exceptional workplace environments. BCG, an independent research firm, conducts a comprehensive two-part evaluation that includes an analysis of company policies, practices, and demographics, along with an employee survey that accounts for approximately 75% of the overall score.

This recognition reflects Continental’s commitment to its culture, one of the company’s three strategic pillars, and aligns with its Evolve the Culture initiative. Through this work, Continental is strengthening leadership capabilities, elevating talent expectations, and fostering a more inclusive and connected workplace. Guided by the Continental Creed and supported by programs such as You Belong Here, these efforts ensure team members have the environment, resources, and opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.

“Our teams are at the heart of what makes Continental a Best Place to Work,” said Marcie Bissell, Vice President of Revenue Management. “Across our portfolio, we see team members stepping into leadership, supporting one another, and driving the resident experience forward. This recognition reflects their dedication to our culture and to each other, and it demonstrates how we are building a true Company of Leaders—where everyone is empowered to grow and make a difference.”

Continental extends its appreciation to all team members who participated in the survey process and contributed to this outstanding recognition, as well as to Multifamily Leadership for the opportunity to take part in the program.
