Pre-leasing for Springs at DeForest is expected to begin in late 2025, with initial move-ins anticipated in early 2026 following the completion of the community clubhouse and first residential buildings. The community joins Continental’s growing portfolio in Dane County, which includes Springs at Pleasant View, Springs at Sun Prairie, and Authentix Cottage Grove.
