Building Above & Beyond (known as BAAB) is Continental’s annual incentive program that rewards team members based directly on the success achieved by the company each year. The BAAB bonus program began in 2001, and each year since has existed to reward team members for their collective achievements driving Continental’s success. The 2021 numbers are in, and we have hit a new 20-year record achievement as an organization! We could not have reached these ambitious goals without our team members' individual and collective contributions. Congratulations, Continental Team!
Last week, the BAAB goals for 2022 were announced. Each goal is designed to measure our progress against achieving Continental’s strategic plan. The goals include:
- Building a strategic pipeline of approved Springs, Authentix, & Avanterra multifamily developments
- Building new communities on time and on-budget
- Managing highly-occupied communities that residents love to live in
- Creating opportunities for our investors with Income & Development Funds that yield a high rate of return
Team members are eligible for participation in our BAAB program on their first day of employment at Continental. Monthly progress updates are communicated company-wide to ensure all team members are aligned with our goals and to identify areas of growth and opportunity. Our organization’s success is driven by our culture of innovation and empowering team members to be the leader of their area of responsibility. We look forward to witnessing the milestones we will achieve together this upcoming year.
