MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Continental Properties is pleased to announce the promotion of Ashley Napoli to Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
In her expanded role, Ashley joins the company’s Officer Team, a group of senior leaders who guide Continental’s long-term strategy and drive enterprise-wide growth. This promotion reflects the company’s deep confidence in her leadership and her enduring impact on Continental’s people and culture.
Ashley joined Continental in 2012 as Human Resources Manager and has since held progressively senior roles, including Senior Director, Human Resources, and most recently, Vice President of Human Resources. Over the past 13 years, she has elevated Continental’s people strategy and scaled the HR function to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic and performance-driven organization.
Under Ashley’s leadership, Continental has launched and matured several signature people initiatives, including You Belong Here and Evolve the Culture—programs that have meaningfully enhanced team member engagement, inclusion, and overall employee experience. She has also led the expansion of leadership development efforts across the company, reinforcing Continental’s commitment to growing internal talent and building a high-performing, sustainable organization.
“Ashley has played a major role in guiding the HR Department as it has helped identify, select, onboard, develop, and encourage our extremely talented team of colleagues,” said Jim Schloemer, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “Our recent leadership development efforts and many of our cultural accomplishments have benefited from Ashley’s leadership and passion for our company and our team member experience.”
