MILWAUKEE, March 26th, 2021 – Continental Properties Company, Inc. (“Continental Properties”) a privately held national multifamily and commercial real estate developer, owner, and operator has announced the closing of its first development fund, Continental Properties Real Estate Development Fund I, L.P. The fund closed in January with a total raise of $180 million of equity and will invest in suburban apartment communities developed and managed by Continental Properties with a total projected construction cost of over $700 million.
Each year, Multifamily Executive (MFE) and JTurner publishes its Elite 1% list of online reputation for apartment communities. JTurner surveyed over 120,000 properties, including all online review sites, to determine the very best properties by online reputation; 1,303 properties were chosen for the Elite 1% list.
We are very pleased to announce that Continental has been awarded Top Workplaces USA 2021. This is a new award presented by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel highlighting companies that conduct business nationwide. Continental has received their Top Workplaces award for the past eight years.
For the eighth consecutive year, Continental Properties Company Inc. was named a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Continental was one of 150 Wisconsin based companies to receive this prestigious award. Selection for this honor was determined through the results of a survey administered by a neutral 3rd-party company to our entire Continental Team.

We have all heard of a team outing, where you all meet up at your local bar or social events club to hang out and bond as a group of professionals; but what about a team "in-ing"? Well, that is what Continental's Construction Department did last Friday.
For the third time since we started reporting our numbers in 2017, Continental earns a spot on the National Multifamily Housing Council's (NMHC) list of the Top 50 developers in the country. This year's development numbers have placed us in the 15th slot securing, yet again, another strong year of property development.

Each year, ApartmentRatings publishes its Top Rated Communities Award winners; receiving this award signifies communities that have outstanding resident satisfaction. ApartmentRatings states that only five percent of communities listed on their site qualified for this award, and Springs Apartments had a great showing!
