MILWAUKEE, Wis. —  Continental Properties has been named a Southeastern Wisconsin Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for the 14th consecutive year, reinforcing its long-standing recognition as one of the region’s most respected employers.

The Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplaces program is an annual initiative that recognizes standout organizations across southeastern Wisconsin based entirely on employee feedback. Results are gathered through the Energage Workplace Survey, an independent and research-backed tool that measures key drivers of engagement, including alignment, connection, and execution. The program highlights companies that prioritize employee well-being, growth, and a strong sense of purpose.

In addition to its regional honors, Continental Properties has also been named a USA Today Top Workplace for the sixth consecutive year. The company was recognized within the 500 to 999 employee category among 408 companies nationwide. It also received two Culture Excellence awards for Purpose & Values and Innovation, along with an Industry Award for Real Estate for the second consecutive year.

“These recognitions are a reflection of our team and the passion for all we do at Continental,” said Kim Grimm, Chief Development and Construction Officer at Continental Properties. “Culture is not built through isolated efforts. It takes dedication, accountability, and a shared commitment to doing things better than ever before. That mindset shows up in how we approach our work and how we continue to raise the bar. I am proud of our entire team and the impact they continue to make across our communities and our company.”

All Top Workplaces awards are based solely on employee feedback captured through the Energage Workplace Survey and recognize organizations that foster a people-first culture. The survey evaluates workplace experience across several core areas, including employees’ sense of connection, alignment with company values, and confidence in leadership. Together, these recognitions reinforce Continental Properties’ commitment to cultivating a workplace culture rooted in purpose, innovation, and a shared dedication to excellence.
