Results are gathered through the Energage Workplace Survey, an independent and research-backed tool that measures key drivers of engagement, including alignment, connection, and execution. In addition to its regional honors, Continental Properties has also been named a USA Today Top Workplace for the sixth consecutive year. The company was recognized within the 500 to 999 employee category among 408 companies nationwide. It also received two Culture Excellence awards for Purpose & Values and Innovation, along with an Industry Award for Real Estate for the second consecutive year.
