LEXINGTON, Ky. Continental Properties is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of Springs at Polo Club, a new garden-style residential community featuring 268 apartment homes located north of the intersection of Polo Club Boulevard and Man O’ War Boulevard in Lexington, Kentucky. The community will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with private ground-level entrances and attached garage options.

“Springs at Polo Club is designed to provide more than just a place to live; it’s a community built around comfort, connection, and care,” said Heather Riggs, Senior Vice President of Multifamily Operations at Continental Properties. “From private ground-level entries and attached garages to resort-style amenities, expansive green spaces, and smart-home features in select homes, every detail is designed to enhance daily living and deliver the exceptional service that defines our communities.”

Ideally located near I-75 and Man O’ War Boulevard, Springs at Polo Club offers convenient access to major employers including Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Baptist Health Lexington, and the University of Kentucky. The community is also minutes from Hamburg Pavilion, one of Lexington’s largest retail and dining destinations, and Baptist Health’s new $230 million hospital, which anchors the area’s ongoing growth.

“Lexington continues to show remarkable economic strength, supported by job creation, limited new housing supply, and thoughtful city planning,” said Henry Houden, Director of Acquisitions at Continental Properties. “Springs at Polo Club represents a long-term investment in the city’s growth, delivering high-quality housing that meets the needs of residents while complementing Lexington’s vision for sustainable development.”

As part of the project, Continental will construct a new stormwater wetland to enhance local drainage infrastructure and dedicate it to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government upon completion.

Springs at Polo Club builds on Continental’s established presence in the Lexington market, joining Springs at Hamburg, a 312-home community recognized for its high resident satisfaction and consistent performance. Springs at Hamburg maintains a 4.8-star Google rating and has averaged 95% occupancy throughout 2025, underscoring Continental’s commitment to delivering quality housing and exceptional resident experiences in Central Kentucky.

Pre-leasing for Springs at Polo Club is expected to begin in fall 2026, with initial move-ins anticipated in late 2026 following the completion of the community clubhouse and first residential building.
