STOUGHTON, Wis. — Continental Properties is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of Authentix Stoughton, a new garden-style apartment community featuring 312 apartment homes. Located southeast of U.S. Highway 51 and County Highway B in Stoughton, Wisconsin, Authentix Stoughton will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with open-concept layouts, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

Located within a 160-acre master-planned development led by Stoughton Trailers, the community will neighbor the company’s new 53,000-square-foot corporate headquarters and sit near major regional employers including Stoughton Health, Emmi Roth, and businesses throughout the Madison metropolitan area. The surrounding area continues to experience significant growth, supported by new healthcare and manufacturing investment and easy access to Madison via Highway 51.

The community joins Continental’s growing portfolio in Dane County, including Springs at Sun Prairie, Authentix Cottage Grove, and Springs at DeForest, which broke ground earlier this year.
Pre-leasing for Authentix Stoughton is expected to begin in fall 2026, with initial move-ins anticipated in late 2026 following the completion of the clubhouse and first residential building.
