Joe is currently our Maintenance Supervisor at Springs at Stone Oak and our Senior Maintenance Supervisor for Texas. In his capacity as Senior Maintenance Supervisor for Texas Joe is familiar with all of our Texas properties. Joe started his Continental career at Springs at Live Oak and also served as Maintenance Supervisor for the Springs at Palma Sola. In this newly created position, Joe will ensure consistent onboarding and support of our maintenance team members across our portfolio and help ensure that our maintenance metrics and other measures of performance are met across our portfolio.
