Continental Properties is excited to announce that two of its communities, Springs at Hamburg and Springs at Sun Prairie, have earned placement in the 2022 Elite 1% ORA® Power Rankings.
In association with Multifamily Executive, J Turner Research monitors the online ratings across various review sites and internet listing services of over 132,000 properties. These ratings are placed into a proprietary algorithm that assigns those properties a score between 0-100. This score establishes a benchmark and allows communities and portfolios to be compared with one another. Only 1,984 properties earned the Elite 1% distinction for 2022 based on their ORA scores.
Another Continental community, Springs at the Reserve, received recognition as a J Turner Top 10 Property for the Grand Rapids market. This ranking focuses on the nation’s 51st to 75th most populous metropolitan statistical areas and the top ORA Properties in each.
