Continental Properties Receives 2023 Top Workplace USA Award

Written by News Room | 2/2/23 3:44 PM

Continental Properties is proud to announce that it has been named in the 2023 Top Workplaces USA list for the third consecutive year. As the gold standard of employer recognition, this award celebrates companies that prioritize creating a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice. The list is based entirely on data and feedback from an employee engagement survey conducted by an independent, third-party research company, Energage, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

"Essential to the growth, direction, and success of Continental, our team members are at the heart of everything we do," said Joe Bagby, Chief Experience Officer. "We are a listening organization, and we strive to create an exciting and rewarding work culture based on a foundation of respect, integrity, diversity, passion, and collaboration. Being recognized as a Top Workplace reflects that our employees feel supported and aligned with the company's vision and values."

The Top Workplaces national awards are open to all companies with more than 150 U.S. employees. To qualify, companies must achieve a Workplace Survey response rate of 35% or higher. According to Top Workplaces, fewer than 3% of eligible organizations earn a designation, making Continental Properties a clear differentiator among peers.

In addition to the Top Workplace USA recognition, Continental Properties has also been named a Top Workplace for southeastern Wisconsin for the last 10 consecutive years.
