Building Above & Beyond (known as BAAB) is Continental’s annual incentive program that rewards team members based directly on the success achieved by the company each year. The BAAB bonus program began in 2001, and each year since has existed to reward team members for their collective achievements driving Continental’s success. The 2021 numbers are in, and we have hit a new 20-year record achievement as an organization! We could not have reached these ambitious goals without our team members' individual and collective contributions. Congratulations, Continental Team!

Monthly progress updates are communicated company-wide to ensure all team members are aligned with our goals and to identify areas of growth and opportunity.
