Elizabeth Moritz

Vice President of Accounting

As Vice President of Accounting, Elizabeth oversees Continental’s Accounting team and is responsible for leading strategic direction and operational aspects of accounting. Elizabeth helps develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the security of company assets and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. She also oversees financial reporting and accounting for property purchases and sales, and manages the implementation of financial systems, including accounting software, to streamline operations and improve efficiency while positioning for growth.  

Before assuming her role as Vice President of Accounting, Elizabeth was Accounting Manager at Continental for six months and Controller for five years. Prior to joining Continental in 2018, Elizabeth worked with North American Properties for nine years and Ernst & Young for three years.
