As Chief Customer Experience Officer, Joe leads our Marketing, Market Research & Analytics teams.  Joe is responsible for inspiring great customer experiences through insight-driven decisions and marketing strategies that drive value for Continental brands.

Prior to joining Continental in 2020, Joe led Customer Insights, Analytics, and Strategy Development for Kohl’s Department Stores, served as Director of Global Consumer & Business Insights for McDonald’s, consulted CPG companies in advanced analytics and testing for IRI, and managed brand marketing at Quaker Oats/PepsiCo.
