Last month, Multifamily Executive (MFE) and JTurner released the third annual Division Power Ranking for apartment communities, ranking the top apartment communities based on individual ORA scores – JTurner’s benchmark measurement of a property’s online reputation. JTurner monitors online ratings and reviews for 123,000 properties nationwide to compile ORA scores and determine the very best properties by online reputation.

For the third year in a row, Continental Properties placed in the Top 25, earning 13th place in Division III (10,000 to 19,999 units operated).

This accomplishment is a reflection of Continental’s emphasis on providing excellent customer service. As part of our strong company culture, we treat our residents the way they want and expect to be treated by delivering outstanding customer service.

Continental is one of only a few companies that both develops and operates multifamily communities across the country. Congratulations to all our team members for your involvement and contributions in achieving this ranking. We appreciate your dedication to providing our prospects and residents with our branded 5-star experience.
