Just minutes from the Sam Rayburn Tollway, Springs at McKinney is located 10 minutes from the Plano/Frisco area, which will be home to an additional 30,000 jobs over the next three years. Some notable companies relocating to this area are Toyota Motor North America, Liberty Mutual Insurance and JP Morgan Chase who alone account for 14,000 of those jobs. Continental entered the Dallas metro area in 2016, determined to find the perfect location for Springs Apartments.
