Reaching stabilization at our Springs communities takes the effort of the entire team. Our goal is to reach 95% occupancy, which starts in the earliest stages of development. John Minahan, Director of Multifamily Acquisitions, found our site and worked closely with the seller. Sara Johnson, Senior Development Director, obtained the required approvals for the project working diligently with city officials. Larissa Addison, Corporate Counsel, led our legal efforts while Brian Strandt, Director of Construction, Konrad Roznik, Construction Project Manager, Jake Fon, Construction Project Manager, and Jared Tillery, Construction Project Engineer all played a role in our successful construction of Springs at Round Rock.
