Developed in 2015, Springs at South Broadway was one of three projects where our internal construction team self-performed as general contractor. Ryan Konop, Nancy Mutsch, and Doug Hahm worked tirelessly to turn the condition of the community around and see it to successful completion. Jon Viervering, our Maintenance Supervisor, worked closely with Doug to meet move-in dates, see that warranties were completed, and to make sure our customers were satisfied.
Lisa Schockemoehl, our Community Manager at Springs at South Broadway relocated to Rochester from one of Springs at Greenville in Greenville, SC. Lisa stepped up to complete a challenging lease-up while construction was being done and led our team to stabilization.
