Springs at Willowbrooke Groundbreaking




Continental Properties announced the groundbreaking of Springs at Willowbrooke, a luxury, 280-apartment home community in Oakdale, MN on October 21, 2021. The community is located at the NW corner of 34th St. and Ideal Ave., just east of I-694, less than 15 minutes from downtown Saint Paul. Springs at Willowbrooke is a gated, garden-style community featuring townhome-style studio, one, two, and three-bedrooms apartment homes with private, ground-level entrances and a multitude of attached garage options.

Springs at Willowbrooke’s spacious floor plans and outstanding customer service along with premium apartment finishes, quiet interiors, open-concept floor plans, gourmet kitchens, full-size washers and dryers, private patios or balconies, on-site maintenance, and abundant natural light in each apartment home, make it the premier choice for apartment living. Springs at Willowbrooke will be the sixth Springs Apartments community in the Minneapolis area, which includes nearby Springs at Lake Elmo.

Continental Properties will be partnering with Horizon DBM, which has completed nine Springs Apartment Communities, as the general contractor. The partnering architect will be Kahler Slater who have worked with Continental Properties on a number of projects including Springs at Lake Elmo.
