Springs at Weber Road is the 5th Springs community Continental has developed in Illinois. Featuring 292 apartment homes, Springs at Weber Road is one of four current Springs communities in the Chicago suburbs.
When we build a new Springs community, an untold amount of hours goes into the development process and then the construction process. Melissa Beyhaghi, Continental's Development Associate, was instrumental in working with the local municipality to get buildings completed on time. The onsite team, with the assistance of the home office, tirelessly pushed day and night to find renters to occupy our newly constructed apartment homes. Kelsey Sheehan, Property Manager at Springs at Weber Road, and her team took over the task of leasing Springs at Weber Road in 2016. This is Kelsey's 4th lease-up property with Continental, so she was the right person to help us achieve our goals for stabilization.
