Ashley develops and leads Continental’s human resource and talent management strategies and initiatives. As the Vice President of Human Resources, she is responsible for the successful attraction, engagement and retention of the organization’s most valuable resource – our people. Ashley leads the HR team in the delivery of all human resource-related services, to include: employer-branding, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, total rewards, culture and engagement, and performance management.
Ashley joined Continental in 2012 as the Human Resources Manager. Prior to being named Vice President of Human Resources in 2019, she held positions as Senior Director and Director of Human Resources.
