Clay Cauble

Clay oversees the sourcing and evaluation of new multifamily development opportunities for Continental, leading all aspects of underwriting, negotiations, and investment committee preparation. He manages projects from initial pursuit through contract execution and closing, ensuring alignment with Continental’s strategic growth objectives.

Prior to joining Continental Properties in 2025, Clay worked in acquisitions with Southern Land Company in Nashville and Merrimac Ventures in Miami, where he focused on sourcing and underwriting ground-up multifamily, condominium, and mixed-use development opportunities across Southeast and Sun Belt markets. Clay currently leads acquisition efforts across multiple Southeast markets, with an emphasis on Florida, contributing to the expansion of Continental’s multifamily development pipeline through disciplined underwriting and site selection.
