Dale is responsible for pursuing external funds for Continental’s new multifamily LLCs; he also performs the company’s investor relations functions.
Dale joined Continental in 2017 after retiring from West Bend Mutual Insurance Company as Executive Vice President and CFO for 15 years. At West Bend Mutual, Dale oversaw a $2 billion investment portfolio. Prior to that, Dale enjoyed 28 years as a partner in the Milwaukee office of Arthur Andersen, where he specialized in serving clients in the banking, investment banking, and asset managment practices. Dale serves on many investment committees and is on the board of a publicly traded mutual fund family.
