Eric Anderson joined Continental Properties in June 2025 and brings over two decades of multifamily housing experience to his role as Regional Vice President. Eric is responsible for overseeing property operations across Continental’s communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin, where he leads our onsite operations teams to drive collaboration, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Throughout his career, Eric has played a pivotal role in elevating operational standards and strategic execution across diverse markets. He has extensive third-party fee management experience, having partnered with institutional clients such as Goldman Sachs, LivCOR, Resource Residential, CBRE, DWS, LaSalle, and Laramar. His leadership is defined by a collaborative approach, deep industry knowledge, and a commitment to innovation in property operations.
