As Regional Vice President, Nekesha is responsible for overseeing property operations for Continental’s communities in Texas, Michigan, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Nekesha provides support and leadership for Continental’s onsite operations team, including Regional Directors, Area Managers, and Community Managers, to ensure Continental is meeting operational goals across its three multifamily brands: Springs Apartments, Authentix Apartments, and Avanterra Homes. Notably, Nekesha led the successful oversight of Continental’s first Authentix community, Authentix Quincy Street in Holland, MI, which stabilized ahead of proforma goals in rent and occupancy.
Nekesha joined Continental in 2019 as a Regional Director and was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2021. She has over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry and has spent 12 of those years in a supervisory role. She has managed assets through acquisitions, dispositions, lease-up, property demolition, and REAC inspection, and has experience with assets that are owner-managed and REITs.
