Pia Speight joined Continental Properties in 2021 and has over 19 years of experience optimizing the financial performance of onsite operations for multifamily communities. Pia started as Regional Director at Continental prior to assuming her role as Regional Vice President in 2022. Pia is responsible for overseeing property operations for Continental’s communities in Florida. She brings a wealth of experience in managing properties ranging from Class AA to Class C as well as several new development / lease up and value add projects in major Southeastern markets.
Before joining Continental Properties, Pia worked for The Barrington Group, Inc as the Director of Operations.
