James Cancino, Maintenance Supervisor at Springs at Creekside, is putting the finishing touches on our brand new clubhouse. The clubhouse opened on November 20 and we also welcomed our first residents, with nine move-ins on the first day.
Springs at Creekside in New Braunfels, Texas, is the sixth Springs project in the State of Texas. With a total of 268 apartment homes in thirteen buildings, the project broke ground in December, 2014 and is scheduled to be completed in Summer of 2016.
